Life and times....Rewind

So its time to play catch up. This has been an amazing year so far and I would love nothing more then to share it with my handful of followers.

It all started with my 29th birthday! And I am loving 29 even though I keep telling people I'm 28, its only been two months.

For those who know me and those that don't I'm not a huge fan of change. Normally I don't like to celebrate my birthday but as I am getting older, I am embracing it. Change has been good and I am continuing on my journey, changing for the better. Mind, body and spirit because you are never too old to grow and learn something new.
