No Regrets: Join a Gym

I believe that for most things in life you should have a good foundation. When it comes to losing those few extra pounds, dieting alone is not the answer, you have to work out as well. Personally, I’m trying to lose about 10 to 12 pounds and dieting just wasn’t cutting it. I decided to join the YMCA. I really enjoy the Y, no it isn’t open 24 hours but truthfully I am not trying to be in the gym all day every day. Right now I’m all about Zumba, love the teachers they are so full of life and they make you participate. The class is about a hour long, around about that 45 minute mark you are done but that’s when the teachers really get you involved. At the moment, I’m more of a class person than actually hitting the gym and getting on the treadmill but I’ll make it there. Been a member about 3 months! I can say that Zumba and Body Sculpt is where it’s at but I’ll eventually venture off. Soon to come anything and everything involving the pool. Water aerobics isn't just for the elderly.

Apologies

I would like to send out my apologies to the hand full of people that read my blog. Yes, I know I suck at blogging but life is beginning to get back on track which means, I will be blogging out of control. I will catch you all up on some but not all of the things missed. Using the sound track of my life to help you feel my every emotion during this crazy dating experience I am having. The loss of my grandfather, the loss of my job, my new job and lastly introducing you to the woman that I am now because the girl that you used to know has changed.
